Massive Damage Optional Rule

The optional rule for a Massive Damage threshold is in use for this campaign. Details are on page 91 of the corebook.

The short version is that there is a 4th Threshold value for all characters which is equal to double the Severe Threshold value of the character. Any damage equal to or past this Threshold indicates that 4 HP are marked when resolving the damage.
