Details
A Human man and veteran of the Dust War who was a Captain on the ground. He and his forces were ambushed, many died, but he and other officers were captured. The official record is they escaped when another force attacked the prison. He was promoted after that prison break led to an operation which helped the Usonian efforts in the war. He is a practiced combat mage and while he can get Moonshine elsewhere he had heard about the Celestial Sips through the grapevine and wanted to see what all the fuss was about.
