Appearance
An Otterkin ex-Navy Seal who volunteered for an experimental project.
Personality
Despite growing up on and near water and loving it, she has enjoyed a balance of land and sea in her life and still carries that with her in her life in Locations/Moonfall City.
Purrcival is concerned about the abilities and magic she exhibits and considers them unnatural since they do not come from Dust or a Pact.
She met Purrcival when they were both out hunting Lunatics separately. They found the same prey and have been fast friends since.
A former Navy Seal for the Usonian military.
Volunteered for a magical super soldier experiment, named Project Eclipse, during The War after a fairly straightforward war injury sidelined her. She has strange, lifeforce fueled magic as a result, and a side effect that manifests as a transformative berserk state for her.
She’s been working as a Lunatic Hunter for the Celestial Sips since being discharged because of connection with Jimmie Wood, one of the co-owners. They were childhood friends, joined the military together and landed in the same squad during The War. Because of this connection and the work she currently stays at the Celestial Sips.
She also works for a diving group that helps tourists see Crater Lake and whenever she spots any kind of aquatic Lunatic signs or possible Dust deposits she lets the Crew at the Celestial Sips know.
Goals/Objectives
- Keep things as legal as possible and stay out of trouble.
- Get this Sable Inc headache resolved so she can get back to a normal life.
Known Abilities
- Can go berserk when injured.
- Can manipulate her blood to varying effects.
- Can see visions of past violence in a location with a supernatural sense (hides this with deduction).
History
The blood magic was a result of a military experiment, Project Eclipse, to not rely on Moon Dust for enhancing soldiers. She wasn’t the only volunteer, and while not completely successful, she is also not the only one who was cut loose and is out there.
Her first kill in life was during the early days of the Dust War and was a poor Almennian enemy soldier.
She moved to Locations/Moonfall City after The War at the prompting of her family when she was trying to figure out what to do with her life with The War over now. She stays here because she is not sure what else to do at the moment and this city works for now.
The program was stopped after The War, those people considered stable were cut loose, though likely monitored. Those who were unstable were committed to military asylums.
