Details

A point of contact and frequent business interaction who helps supply many of the illegal needs for the Celestial Sips. He knows the cafe’s secrets and is professional about it. He also knows Pete is someone you can trust as far as you can throw him, so he rarely puts himself in a position to have to trust him… but he will send customers Pete’s way along with both Dust and other goods for Pete’s private endeavors… for a fee of course.

He’s an average sized Elf with slightly brown skin, black hair and eyes of a cunning emerald green. He always dresses sharp in grey ironed slacks, a white button up with a green tie that matches his eyes and a black vest that matches his hair. He might add a jacket that matches the slacks depending on the season and weather. When working, his sleeves are always rolled up showing some tattoos that indicate connections to a few of the local crime families, but no direct ties. He sometimes tries to convince Pete that stepping away from total independence and siding with one or more of the families could really open doors for him, but at this point it’s more routine than earnest.
