Details
An old war vet with a missing leg who is very obviously addicted to Moon Dust. He’s trying to ween off it, but nothing has been helping cut the edge and he keeps coming back to Pete. Sometimes he can’t pay in full or offers to trade Pete things for it, those things are often, but not always stolen.
He’s tall for a Goblin, but short for most others. His bright blue skin is often covered in baggy and worn layers that imply he’s either homeless, or near enough. He’s a mostly stable guy, putting on a somewhat forced happy and excitable demeanor, but clearly driven by his addiction and running from the scars the war left him with.
