A being of fleeting dreams and wandering whims. Her means and purpose seem to be to convey messages, meanings, and prophecies through dreams. Like Luna herself though she has a darkside. The possibilities within dreams always include the horrors and terrors of nightmares. There seems to be no rhyme or reason for whether the divinations she provides will be whimsical or terrible, but they all have import… though they are rarely clear and straight forward.

She rarely appears in any kind of personage, but in those rare cases she does she appears as a shifting figure that you can’t pin down. Her features shift and flow like a dream you can’t quite remember. Sometimes this can be comforting and comely, other times it can be alien and horrific. The only consistencies in her appearance are a tendency towards the feminine and their impermanence. Some have claimed that the shifting of her appearance seems tied to her mood, who you are to her, and reflections of your own hopes and fears, but her cryptic nature means she’s never provided a straight answer.

She visits those who need to get her messages, offering them dreams and nightmares in equal measure to push them toward some outcome in their lives. But if one wishes to call her for a meeting it’s said that you can set a method to awaken yourself a few hours after falling asleep and immediately fall back asleep. It is something only the disciplined can achieve, but if you’re able she will enter your dreams and answer your questions, though you may not understand the answers.

It is unclear if she is the one who holds Gus’ pact, or what she is getting out the bargain if so. But Gus can use magic and has strange dreams so the possibility is there.
