Appearance

A standard opossum with psilocybin mushrooms growing out of his back. He carries a large pack filled with all manner of trinkets, bobbles, odds, and ends.

Personality

He carries a comically large pack of seemingly useless items, but carries a lot of it as a “just in case” situation that helps more often than one might expect. This is a habit he picked up living in the streets and wilds.

People of the streets know him as Fukizat the Great, a strange Opossum Druid who knows magic and the streets better than most. This is an affected nickname from the reaction many have when first meeting him, “What the fuck is that!?”

A Moonfall City native, as much as an animal who was uplifted by strange fungus magic can be considered native. He stays in the city because his various families are here, the tramps, the Rats, and the Speakeasy.

He will gladly leap into danger with and for Rhys after learning that they both have pacts with Luna.

Pete reminds him of a raven due to his constant seeking of, displaying, and fidgeting with shiny coins and wealth.

Paul has nicknamed him Tick Magnet… mostly endearingly… mostly.

History

As a opossum he was hit by a car with the rest of his family, they didn’t live, but a bum saw him and felt pity and tried to save him by taking him to a strange Fungril in the group who didn’t vocally communicate. That Fungril decided to try to save him and connected him to the mycelium in order to do so. The healing process also became an awakening one and he now has a symbiotic relationship with psilocybin mushrooms growing in and on him. He came to know this Fungril as The Fun Guy.

He grew up in a community of tramps, bums, and hobos known as the Familia Vargari who either wanted or were forced to live a life of wandering freedom and learned to rely on nature to take care of that community.

His first connection with another animal was a rat he befriended, Sparky. He was named such because he had long hair that often generated static. Sparky stole a strange eye-like sphere from the Docks District Councilor, Shirley Knight, as a gift for him, but was killed when trying to return it.

Shirley is still hunting him to this day in an effort to get that eye-like sphere back.

His magic comes from a pact with Luna who repeatedly assaults him with strange dreams that may be pointing him towards trying to build a cult, but the instructions and messages are unclear.

Works as a pest control agent for the Celestial Sips. He gets room and board in exchange. This arrangement isn’t entirely wholesome, as he sometimes asks his rat and mice friends to stir up a little trouble at the Celestial Sips intentionally when he needs a meal or a bed.
