Description
On the line between The Business District and The Entertainment District, the closest one can get to a center of Moonfall City, is a massive circular building that has several purposes, but all are dedicated to Mercury.
The primary purpose of the building is as a temple to Mercury, the Celestial of travel, trade, and thieves. It includes a central rail station for Moonfall City, servicing both the inner city trolley system and the external rails running to other cities and places. The next is to act as a waystation for travelers using that system complete with all the services a traveler might need, rooms, meals, shoe shines, and trims. It is also a trade hub filled with shops and stalls which provide almost any manner of good or service. Finally, there are the rumors of it acting as both a safe haven and business place for the less legal things within the city. At least a few of the crime families use the place to do business, but looking for evidence of such without already being in the know is a good way to get threatened or killed.
Denizens
The truest melting pot in the city. Everyone finds their way here at one point or another as trains and busses use it as a hub. Business people, faithful of Mercury, and those who help those journeying actually call the place home... and it's rumored a few bands of thieves also live in the area.
