Details
A bit past middle aged for a Goblin, Hal has a balding pate with a ring of greying black hair he keeps long and in a pony tail. His big pointed ears sit more vertically than most goblins. He’s portly and wears cheap suits and smells like cigar smoke.
Despite appearances he’s an incredibly perceptive and shrewd lawyer and while the Duran Crime Family aren’t his only clients, they are his largest and he does damn good at keeping them out of jail or shortening their sentences. He’s the reason Cipriano was able to get out on good behavior years ago.
