Details
A councilwoman for the Residential District who is hunting Gus after his first rat friend, Sparky, stole a strange semi-spherical object which resembles an eye of some kind from her. Gus and Sparky tried to return it, but in the effort Sparky was killed and Gus was forced to run with the object in tow.
She is a Half-Simiah Half-Infernis appearing as a mandrill whose normally brightly colored nose and cheeks are instead dark purple and blue with flecks of twinkling light within. Her eyes on the other hand are a vibrant orange and also slightly glow. She wears fine dresses and jewelry most of the time, but will sometimes switch to more practical clothing if the circumstances dictate.
