Details
The father of Sergeant Joe and current police chief of the Residential District. He knows his son can be a little shit, but tries to look the other way and cover up for him. He remembers the fight his son had with Paul because he wonders what would have happened to both kids had he not intervened
He started out as just a beat cop in the Residential area and worked his ass off to earn his place as police chief of the district. He’s mostly even-handed, but definitely believes cops are a family that need to have each other’s backs and could be considered corrupt from the outside for the things he’s helped keep secret about the officers in his charge. He’s tired and wants to retire soon, but he’s too busy keeping his son out of trouble and is hoping he will eventually even out and can be groomed to take the role as chief.
He’s an Orc and his age shows and his skin is a slightly browner tone than Joe’s. He doesn’t have any tattoos or scars that he shows off the way Joe does, but he does bare the marks of his history on the force. He has a mustache of dark brown hair that’s started to salt and pepper and wears his hair longer, but still above the ears in an attempt to hide his greying temples.
