Clubs and music venues, bars, soda shops, restaurants and automats, theaters, casinos, and a stadium. If you’re looking for a good time you head here. You part with some cash and you enjoy yourself. This is also where most hotels and inns in the city are, allowing travelers to stay in the most beautiful and flashy district the city has.

Criminal elements here involve prostitution, gambling, and of course Moonshine distribution. In this case they barely need to hide it, since half of the authorities they’re worried about are partaking of their services. Shutting them down would just result in losing access to their vice of choice… though a few places have been shut down, it’s usually because they stop bribing authorities or do things just a little too obviously. At least a few city officials have their hands in the business here and play a dangerous game.

Denizens

Entertainers, stars, and those looking to let loose and gave a good time frequent the place. Few live here, but those who do either own one of the establishments or have made it so big that they do multiple shows a week and it doesn't make sense for them to commute from another part of the city.

History

The newest district rose out of two needs. Firstly, the war brought a need to liven things up and keep people's spirits high, but secondly, since Prohibition started a great deal of money has been poured into the district to try to attract attention and money for those who can't deal in Moonshine anymore... at least not legally.
