Nicknames: Old Town (Common); Quiet Drive or Quiet (Criminal)
There are places people live everywhere in Moonfall City. You can find swanky studios in The Business District, dingy apartments in The Industrial District, moist shacks in the Docks, and entertainers who live in the rooms attached to their businesses in The Entertainment District. But here, what was the original town before The Shattering, you can find homes and all manner of services to support one living, such as grocers, shops, and minor entertainment venues. Most homes here have actual yards and are decently sized, but parts of the district include apartment buildings and other space expanding measures.
The criminal element here is often in the form of younger street gangs, but the mobsters need to live somewhere too, and some of the more wealthy live here, and they try not to shit where they eat. Though occasionally, some strange disappearance or shake downs might happen if someone pissed someone dangerous off a little too much.
Denizens
Most people who live in the city live here. The neighborhoods in the district all have small service industries run by locals. Only those too poor or too rich don't live here, making it a kind of middle class world.

History
The original town that started it all was in this area. The Shattering gave the original townsfolk a gift and now most of those families are wealthy and powerful in the city and beyond. Unfortunately, that wealth focused itself on the city overall and found itself consolidated in the Business District. While not truly poor, the old town has become a vast suburban and urban living space and not much else.
