Appearance
He’s tall and thin Elf and wears inconspicuous layers for venturing into the wilds that somewhat hide how thin he is. He has pale grey eyes that resemble Luna and pale and ashen skin.
Personality
Many people in the area and in his community are wary of him as some have reported seeing him giving Lunatic harvested Moon Dust to The Hat Man.
While his pact has mostly been fine so far, he deeply fears that the Lunachilde he deals with will request he harvest or steal Dust from his companions.
Velvet is extremely cautious with him, as she sees him constantly collecting Moon Dust, but never using it.
His magic comes from a Pact with Luna in which he gives The Hat Man Moon Dust he collects in exchange.
Offers guide services to those seeking things in the wilds outside Locations/Moonfall City, often Lunatic hunters working for the Celestial Sips. His experience in Lunatic hunting makes him a top pick for them.
Will usually stay in a room at the Celestial Sips when in town and handling work for them.

History
His mentor Lorric taught him the ways of Lunatic hunting and magic and had had a very similar pact with Luna. He was unfortunately killed during a hunt by a Lunatic bear.
He was born and grew up in the wilds outside Locations/Moonfall City. That familiarity with the Dust Woods and Shimmer Crags allowed him to find work as a guide for any manner of people who want to travel safely.
He was born outside the city, but grew to use it as a trade hub as his family did. The pact with Luna and The Hat Man along with the relationships he’s formed keep him coming back to the city.
