A being of bargains, deals, trades, and transactions. Time is money and he wastes little of it, preferring to get to the heart of the matter and that is always coin. If he can’t sell you what you’re looking for he will gladly guide you to who can, for a price of course.
He appears as an immaculately dressed and groomed humanoid with deeply tanned skin. He wears fine suits in silver hues accented with black shirts and gold silk ties. He accents the suits with tasteful jewelry which flaunts his wealth. His limbs are just a little too long to be natural and if that uncanny aspect causes one to pay more attention they’ll see the smile of metallic golden teeth and the pupilless, reflective silver eyes beaming out from behind curled lips and dark glasses.
It’s said if you’re desperate enough this being might appear and offer you a deal, but if you want to proactively find him, he is said to haunt alleys in the Business District and if you step into one, loudly jingle your coin purse three times and then take out a silver coin and toss it towards the dark end of the ally, he will appear to catch the coin and speak with you long enough to earn it. But this is also a good way to attract muggers, so be wary.
