Organized gangs, crime families, and even small bands of criminals all are part of the criminal underworld. Slyborne are booming right now, but that also means there is a lot of competition, and while their main business is Moonshine, there are plenty of other criminal activities ripe for the picking in Moonfall City. Bands of Lunatic hunters also can fall into this community as well.
