Renja was a Raskan General before the Dust War and is now a very decorated one. She bares some scars from the fighting, including what appears to be some kind of wild animal scratches along her long, leathery neck. She carries herself with power and purpose. Her reason for being in Usonia is currently unknown, but she seems to be acting as CSO for Sable Incorporated.
She wears black military fatigues and seems to just carry a pistol.
